  • Suppose you need to replace the inner sleeve, clean the extrusion valve, or perform any other operation on the pipeline valve. In that case, you must first cut off the gas supply and disconnect the connection near the gas supply.
  • Ensure the tools, sections of the valve body, and other components are in touch with the squeeze valve at all times while it is in use.
  • Before allowing the valve to come into touch with the conveying medium/product, read and follow the directions on the safety data sheet.
  • When the medium delivery temperature is high, you should not touch the pinch valve (there is a risk of combustion).
  • Pinch valves may be removed only when the apparatus is shut down, and there is no pressure.
  • A pressure limiter and safety valve should be put on a pneumatic double diaphragm pump to prevent the pump from operating at a pressure higher than its maximum safe working pressure or control pressure.
  • It is impossible to employ a dangerous gas as a medium for labour.
