2. Have a Balance Diet

Include all major nutrients in your diet. If possible, eat more fiber by reducing starch. Starchy carbs have long-lasting sugar content that is responsible for premature aging of the skin and body. So fill your plate with more fiber-rich vegetables.

3. Thick green-reddish leafy vegetables

Beta-carotene is a type of carotenoid (a group of plant pigments) found in green and red leafy vegetables such as sweet potatoes, spinach and tomatoes. They also have antioxidant properties. Drink green tea and herbal tea once or twice a day to meet the amount of antioxidants in the body. Antioxidants help in reducing the effects of free radicals which are responsible for ageing, wrinkles and dull skin.

5. Reduce Sugar

When it comes to nutrition, sugar is by no means good for our body. Eating too many sugary drinks or drinking sugary drinks can lead to poor skin health and damage to the skin. Sugary foods take away the natural glow of the skin.

6. Consuming Omega-3s

Generally there are misconceptions that all types of fats are unhealthy but it is not so. Omega-3 fats, which are found in salmon, walnuts, and flaxseed oil, nourish and keep the skin hydrated. They also reduce the signs of ageing.

7. Decrease Caffeine Intake

Mid-day coffee breaks can dehydrate you. So be careful while consuming caffeine. Consume it in balanced quantity only. Detox water, lime water, green tea can be consumed instead of coffee.
