Easy yoga poses are my favorite one. I am practicing yoga for a year but each time these yoga poses are a type that can never be wiped out.

1. Meditation Pose

It helps in relaxing muscles and joints and balancing the stability in the body. Also, reduces stress and depression.

2. Corpse Pose

It is a Relaxation pose which helps in reducing stress and depression and curing insomnia. Also, lowers the blood pressure

3. Chair Pose

Chair Pose (Utkatasana)

It helps in stimulating the diaphragm and heart and strengthening the legs, arms and back body. Also helps in reducing flat feet.

4. Extended Hand to Big Toe Pose

It helps in strengthening legs and ankles which results in balancing body posture.

5. Dolphin Plank Pose

It helps in stimulating Abdominal organs and Thyroid Glands and regulates metabolism. Also, strengthens and stretches the front body as well as back body and open heart, chest and shoulders.
